Annika is a director, producer, and theater artist currently based in Milwaukee, WI. 

​Her work is focused on the intersections of tenderness and trauma, specifically the ways in which people try to sustain their humanity after acts of violence: whether it be physical, emotional, or psychological. She is dedicated to protecting and uplifting all artists in theatrical spaces through directing, casting, producing and more.

She is a graduate of Gonzaga University and an alumnus of the National Theater Institute's Advanced Directing program (Miranda Fellow), as well as the Playwrights Horizons Casting Fellowship. She is currently the Associate Artistic Producer at the Milwaukee Repertory Theater.
